Clay Trios
Natural clay, rich in minerals, can take your skin to the next level. Clay draws out toxins, exfoliates, absorbs excess oil, and refines you skin. Using a clay mask once or twice a week can reduce acne and clear your skin. It can be used on mature skin as well. If your skin feels dry after you wash off your mask, you can replenish the oils by using a face oil. You may want to use a hydrosol as a toner before putting on the face oil.
To make a mask, put a teaspoon or two of clay into a clean bowl and add a teaspoon or two of water, or a hydrosol of your choice. Keep adding teaspoons of each until you get the consistency you like. Spread the clay mask onto your skin, wait until it dries, and then wash it off.
Using a hydrosol as the liquid for your mask instead of water adds incredible healing, vitality, and vibrancy to your skin.
