Sample contains 1/3 cup, enough for one bath, and 1 reusable muslin bag.
Add 1/3 cup of bath tea to muslin bag, tie to tub faucet to allow water to run through it, or hold it under the warm running water while filling the tub. Squeeze the bag under the water to disperse the botanical essences into the water. Relax and enjoy. Take some deep breaths.
